The project started with a small template-based website to launch fast. The website required a custom design, animations, and strong performance optimization on both desktop and mobile. There were technical problems that had to be fixed during development. As the project progressed, the scope expanded to a full redesign, while still maintaining fast delivery timelines.

The project quickly moved from a template to a fully custom website. A new UI was created, animations were added, and the site was optimized to achieve "green zone" performance on both mobile and desktop by 91+. All technical problems were fixed, and ongoing support was provided to keep the site stable. The expanded scope was handled without delays, and the final solution was delivered on the first try. A live chat was also added for real-time communication with users.
